About Me

I’ve always been fascinated by what makes organizations and people thrive.

Over the course of my career, I’ve learned that the biggest challenges in business rarely come from a lack of strategy. They come from complexity, competing priorities, unclear communication, and teams working hard without a shared understanding of where they’re going. That’s where I do my best work!

I enjoy bringing clarity to complicated problems by connecting strategy to execution, data to decisions, and people to purpose. Whether I’m leading enterprise initiatives, improving sales effectiveness, designing repeatable operating rhythms, or helping leaders navigate change, my goal is always the same: make the work simpler, more aligned, and more meaningful.

My career has taken me through frontline sales, analytics, communications, operations, sales strategy, and executive leadership. Each experience has reinforced the same belief: sustainable results happen when people understand not only what they’re doing, but why it matters.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader with a passion for leadership, organizational psychology, communication, and human behavior. The books I read, the ideas I explore, and the conversations I have continually shape how I lead and how I think about building healthy, high-performing organizations.

This website is a place to share those ideas. You’ll find reflections on leadership, lessons from the books I’m reading, practical insights from my professional experiences, and thoughts on creating organizations where people and performance can grow together.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope something here gives you a new perspective or sparks a conversation.
